At Chicagoland Speedway on Sunday, Truex finally turned a dominant race into a win. He captured the Tales of the Turtles 400, his second win at Chicagoland in a row. More importantly, he advanced to the second round of NASCAR’s playoffs. “That was awesome, man. I’m so excited," Truex told NBCSN after winning. “This is the playoffs. This is what it’s all about.” “We just kept our hands down and kept digging and fighting and just did what we always do,” Truex told NBCSN....

It’s undeniable that Kyle Busch has been the best driver across every series this year as he has now finished in the top 10 in every single race he has run. He has three career wins in Dover and four top 10s in his last eight races. This event is tailor made for him to win again. But Chase Elliott is coming off of his first victory of the season, is the defending champion at Dover and has five career top-5 finishes in six races at the mile-long track....

The biggest change we’ll see from the first Michigan race to Sunday’s Pure Michigan 400, though, is the set-up of the car.
